Natures Valley, Storms River and Tsitsikamma National Park

Along the coastline between Natures Valley and Storms River the indigenous forests stretch right up to the ocean - an ideal area for hikers and adventure sports fanatics!

Natures Valley is situated off the national road, the N2 and on the R102 which winds down into the gorge of the Grootrivier which has created a beautiful lagoon here.

Between Storms River and Natures Valley runs one of the most stunning hiking trails in the whole of South Africa, the 5-day long Otter Trail.

The N2 crosses the Bloukraansriver on the 216m high Bloukraansbridge, which at the same time offers the opportunity to attempt the highest Bungee Jump in the world.

The Storms River has cut a deep gorge through the steep coast of the Tsitsikamma region. You can explore the river from the Tsitsikamma National Park by boat or alternatively with the Black Water River Rafters in a wet suit and a rubber tube. Find out more about the different adventure sports offered here.
